Yes, Director

Reprimand in public

A junior male employee is publicly disciplined. Everyone in the office sees it, and everyone assumes it is bad news for him.

In private, the same woman picks him. She is married, she controls his career, and nobody is likely to question what she says.

The setup is a study in contrast: the harsh voice on the floor and the quiet one behind the door.

Final word

The title is also the dynamic: yes, Director, in public and in private. If you like a woman who sets the terms, it is built around her.

The free episodes establish the hierarchy; the explicit part is paid.
