Three years of waiting, one new hire

Under The Captain is a yacht drama with a triangle built in. Mila has just started as a stewardess on a billionaire's superyacht, and she is convinced the owner would never look twice at her. He does.

Vera is his chief stew, and she has waited three years for him to notice her. Now a new hire has done in an afternoon what she could not. All three are adults. We first tracked it on Nov 3, 2026.

Onboard, episode by episode

  1. Episode 1Free

Mila is nervous and sure she looks like she ran the whole way. Vera runs the owner's day, even pushing a broker call to 4:15, and tells him not to bother with the seasonal newcomer. Then a jug of juice ends up on his shirt.

  2. Episode 2Free account

The owner takes charge of the aftermath and offers Mila the tour himself, below deck. The opening dialogue lands on an order about a shirt and Mila's startled "Like, really?", with Vera left upstairs.

  3. Episodes 3–5Tokens

The rivalry between the newcomer and the chief stew is the engine here, with the owner in the middle. The details sit behind the paywall at 12 tokens per episode.

The crew list

Mila and Vera are AI characters, not real people, and you can also chat with each of them on Candy.ai.

Our take from the sundeck

The appeal is new hire against long-suffering insider, with a rich boss who finally looks up. Episode 1 packs the dynamic into minutes, so the free episode is a fair preview.
